Peaches

Available yearly from mid to late August

White Knight Peaches

The White night peach variety was developed by the University of Guelph in Vineland Ontario. This white fleshed peach has a texture of a Baby Gold type peach with a dark ruby coloured skin on a whitish pink background. The hardy tender flesh of this peach combined with its sweet tangy flavour makes this peach great for everything from eating fresh off the tree or blending them into your favourite smoothies!

White Knight peaches are available every year from mid to late august. Whether you need a basket or a bushel, We have farm fresh White Knight peaches available in many sizes right here in our store.

Apples

Available yearly from the 3rd week of September until December

We have many varieties of apples growing at Kaczmarski Fruit Farms. Whether you’re looing for a basket to eat fresh, filling your cold storage or planning on making pies for the whole neighbourhood. We have the right apple flavour and quantity size for you in our store.

Ambrosia Apples

Available from the beginning of October until December

This Canadian variety from British Columbia has a red cheek with yellow background. The Ambrosia apple is very versatile and is a great choice for eating fresh or baking pies, apple crisps and home made fritters. This is also an excellent variety for salads, making apple sauce or even dehydrating a snack or large amounts for long term storage.

Cortland Apples

Available from mid October until December

This red/green apple is sweet with a crisp juicy flesh. Cortland apples are great for snacking on fresh or preparing into a meal or salad. These are also a great apple when it comes to making homemade apple cider.

Crimson Crisp Apples

Available from the 3rd week of September until December

This is a firm, deep red apple that is very crisp with a sweet-tart flavour. The sweetness of Crimson apples makes them ideal for eating, juicing and cider!

Empire Apples

Available from early October until December

This attractive green and red fruit is crisp and sweet. Empire apples are great for that fruit basket to not only look good, but taste good too. They are great for eating fresh and baking your favourite dessert.

Gala Apples

Available from the 3rd wee of September until December

This red striped apple has a very sweet and crisp flavour which makes it a favourite amongst many for eating fresh! Gala apples are also great for salads and never disappoint when it comes to baking your favourite recipes.

Honeycrisp Apples

Available from the 3rd week of September until December

Honeycrisp apples are widely known for its very crisp texture and unique flavour. These apples are great for eating fresh or dehydrating for later. Honeycrisp apples have also become widely used for baking things like pies and apple crisps.

Macintosh Apples

Available from the 3rd week of September until December

The Macintosh apple was discovered in Donella Ontario in 1835. The soft and slightly tart flesh is great for eating fresh or making apple sauce.

Mutsu Apples

Available from mid October until December

An old favourite of many. The Mutsu apple is a crisp fruit with a golden yellow skin. It’s flavour is the perfect mix of tart and crunchy sweetness! Making the Mutsu apple a fantastic choice fresh off the tree or baked into your favourite recipe. These versatile apples are even great for making apple sauce.
